The bed was super comfy, and the location was perfect for the event we attended. The in-room breakfast sounded good but the dinner experience was disappointing. We were served a frozen pizza that was way overpriced. It was too noisy during the night. I had trouble sleeping.

We enjoyed the spacious room with a nice view of the gardens and the kids liked the warm nibbles on the counter like warm brie with fig jam, what a nice touch! The staff were awesome, really friendly and helpful with all our questions, they went above and beyond for us.

Had a lovely time for 2 nights here! The room was cozy and impeccably clean. The staff were super friendly right from check-in. Breakfast was decent, and the bus to the city center was really convenient. Only thing is, it can get a bit warm since there's no A/C. a solid experience!

Guests have complained about the lack of air conditioning, which can make rooms uncomfortably warm, especially in summer. The soundproofing isn't up to par, allowing noise from corridors and above to seep in, making it hard to catch some quality shut-eye. Some rooms, like the executive ones, seemed to offer little difference from standard options with cramped bathrooms and some awkward layouts. Plus, parking fees and communications around them weren't made very clear, leading to some unexpected costs. Also, there were instances where the breakfast service didn’t accommodate all requests, like non-functioning toast machines.
